Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day subject to stock availability. Our stock is live, however, if an item is found to be not in stock after order we will contact you immediately with your options.
Our parcels are sent by a courier service which is fully tracked and will require a signature.
Please ensure you leave us a mobile telephone number – our courier will send you tracking information, you can also rearrange the delivery from this text.
Please note the delivery of certain customised items may be significantly longer. Estimated wait times are on all customisable products.
International orders are also sent by our courier service (Parcelforce/GLS/DHL) and are fully traceable throughout. Shipping times do not allow for any delays in customs. Shipping does not include import duties and Royal Equestrian is not responsible for duty charges and delays in customs.

Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All EU & overseas countries shop tax free and so are responsible for paying any duties, customs and handling fees that are required by your country for importing goods.
Please contact your local customs office for more information on duties and charges. If your order is returned due to duties & taxes not being paid, Royal Equestrian will refund the cost of the goods less any shipping and returns costs.
It is your full responsibility to verify the duties and customs charges of importing to your country.
