Shipping & Delivery Costs
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day subject to stock availability. We do our best to keep stock up to date, however, if an item is found to be not in stock or faulty after order we will contact you immediately with your options.
Our parcels are sent by a courier service which is fully tracked and will require a signature.
Please ensure you leave us a mobile telephone number – our courier will send you tracking information, you can also rearrange the delivery from this text.
Please note the delivery of certain customised items may be significantly longer. Estimated wait times are on all customisable products.
Overseas orders are also sent by our courier service and so are fully traceable throughout. Please see below for Worldwide prices and time frames. Shipping times do not allow for any delays in customs. Shipping does not include import duties and Royal Equestrian is not responsible for duty charges and delays in customs.
