Description
The Bombers Cherry Roller Snaffle is designed to relax the lower jaw, by encouraging the horse to mouth the moving roller parts of the bit. This is good for horses who grab or lean on the bit.
The construction of the Bombers Cherry Roller ensures the moving parts are fitted as close together as possible to eliminate the chance of pinching.
The loose ring allows for immediate relief and release from tongue and bar pressure. The bit is immediately reset to a neutral position in the horse’s mouth.
A Bomber Bit is entirely hand crafted, all components are welded, formed and ground by hand.
The bits are made from sweet iron, which gives the striking deep blue tint. Sweet Iron will oxidise when it comes into contact with moisture, this oxidation process encourages salivation which improves acceptance of the bit. This process will also turn the blue colour of the Bomber Bit into a brownish grey colour.
