We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days subject to stock availability. We do our best to keep stock up to date but please do feel free to contact us to ensure availability. If an item is found to be not in stock or faulty after order we will contact you immediately with your options.
Our parcels are sent by a next day courier service which is fully tracked. Please ensure you leave us a mobile telephone number – our courier will send you tracking information, you can also rearrange the delivery from this text. More delivery options (eg. by 10.30 / 12 the next day or Sunday) can be arranged however there will be additional costs to this service. Please note the delivery of certain customized items may be significantly longer. Please contact us at the time of order for delivery times on any ‘non stock’ items.
Overseas orders are also sent by our courier service and so are fully traceable throughout. Please see the below for Worldwide prices and time frames. Please note – shipping times do not allow for delays in customs and please do check customs allowances – shipping does not include import duties. Royal Equestrian is not responsible for duty charges and delays in customs.
Australia/New Zealand – Our courier will not allow PO BOX delivery – but we can deliver to your work place.
